Repentance: The Ultimate Solution
Repentance: The Ultimate Solution
By Nasarah Peter Dashe
The world might seem like a pleasant place — until you get a taste of God’s goodness. Are you suffering? Are you tired of life’s endless challenges? Then this is the right time to consider coming to Jesus.
It might sound old-fashioned, unpopular, or even strange, but Jesus remains the only true solution ever given to man.
Is Following Jesus Worth It?
Perhaps you're asking:
“Are Christians not suffering too? How will surrendering to Jesus make any difference in my life?”
The truth is:
-
Not everyone who claims to follow Christ actually does.
-
Some are Christians, but lack faith in the power of Jesus.
-
But a true believer — one who fully trusts in Jesus — will never be abandoned by God.
King David once testified:
“I was young, and now I am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken or his children begging bread.” — Psalm 37:25
That’s the promise of God. If anything else is happening, it is either a trial of faith, or the result of ignorance.
The Love and Compassion of Jesus
Jesus isn’t like other gods or prophets. He is deeply compassionate toward those who belong to Him — and even those who don’t, just so they can come to repentance.
He called us friends, even though we were slaves to sin. We had already been deceived and stolen by Satan, but Jesus paid for our freedom with His own blood.
“Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” — John 15:13
A Song of Awe
He came to bring freedom — not just from hellfire, but from sickness, failure, addiction, emptiness, and every bondage of this world.
Come As You Are
You don’t have to be:
-
A choir member,
-
A pastor,
-
A president,
-
Or anyone notable…
Just come as you are. Broken, weak, full of mistakes — Jesus is ready to welcome you.
There’s no need to wait till tomorrow. Freedom and peace — not as the world gives — are waiting for you now.
Your Prayer of Surrender
Pray with sincerity from your heart:
“Lord Jesus, I confess my sins. I acknowledge You as my Lord and Savior. Come into my life, take control, and lead me. I am sorry for my wrongs — and I accept Your forgiveness. Amen.”
Welcome to freedom. Hallelujah!
