DRESS WELL
The Power of Modesty and True Beauty
Today, I want to talk about nakedness and its implications in our society.
Many young girls today have embraced the habit of exposing sensitive parts of their bodies in the name of “looking good.” But looking good should never mean being half-dressed. True beauty shines through confidence, respect, and character — not through how much skin is shown.
Let’s pause for a moment and think deeply. I have a simple question for you:
How did you hear about Facebook?
Was it through an advertisement? Did a friend or relative tell you about it?
Or were you just browsing the internet when it popped up by chance?
If you think carefully, your answer will likely be this:
-
Somebody told me about it — a friend, a colleague, or a relative.
-
I heard about it through others, not through paid adverts.
Now here’s something interesting: Facebook is one of the biggest platforms in the world today, yet you rarely see any direct advertisement for it. The same goes for Google, WhatsApp, and YouTube. These platforms don’t need to expose themselves through flashy ads — they offer value that speaks for itself.
If technology giants like Google don’t need loud promotions to prove their worth, then you, as a human being created in God’s image, don’t need to expose your body to prove your beauty. When you dress responsibly and decently, you earn admiration and respect naturally. Men are always drawn to women who carry themselves with dignity and self-respect.
Look carefully at those who constantly expose their bodies — what virtues do they often display? Many times, you’ll find that they neglect other important aspects of life: learning skills, developing character, keeping a home, or even training their children well. Instead, they spend valuable time on makeup tutorials, body surgery trends like BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift), and seeking attention online.
Such behavior not only damages personal values but also becomes a stumbling block for others. You may not realize it, but when you dress immorally, someone somewhere might be struggling with temptation because of your actions. You may think it’s not your business, but it is.
If God rewards those who help others turn away from sin, what will happen to those whose actions lead others into temptation? The answer is clear.
So, if you are among those who dress carelessly, please stop it today. God takes such matters seriously. Remember, your appearance is not just fashion — it is a message. Dress decently, live purposefully, and let your life reflect the light of good character.
True Beauty Speaks Softly
You don’t need to shout to be noticed, or expose yourself to be admired. Real beauty is modest, confident, and full of grace. When you dress well, you tell the world that you respect yourself — and the world will respect you in return.
